Our study aims to analyze time-dependent changes in neutrophil phenotype, compare them with included neutrophil-specific mutants, and indentify common signatures among the 5 groups Overall design: Blood neutrophils from wild-type and mutants were isolated based on Ly6G staining, then standard RNA extraction procedures were performed. Wild-type samples were extracted at ZT5 and ZT13, all other samples at ZT5.

Description

12 C57BL/6 mice were infected orogastrically with the H. pylori strain SS1. After 6 and 12 months, 3 non-infected and 3 infected mice were sacrificed and stomachs isolated. Gastric tissues were disaggregated and total RNA were isolated by TRIzol extraction and then purified on RNeasy minicolumns. After synthesis of the first cDNA strand (In vitrogen), the double-stranded cDNA was obtained and used to produce biotin-labeled cRNA (Enzo Diagnostic). FRagmented cRNA was hybridized to GeneChip Mouse expression array 430A (Affymetrix).

We report the role of SmE1 protein in the control of Arabidopsis development and tolerance to abiotic stresses. SmE1 controls gene expression reprogramming at the post-transcriptional level by promoting the splicing of pre-mRNA. This function is selectively achieve over selected transcripts depending on the stimulus nature. Overall design: Transcriptomic profiling through RNAseq of Col-0 and sme1-1 plants under control conditions or exposed to low temperatures (4ºC, 24h)
